1. Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic plug seal and then screw the cap back on.

2. Ensure that the wooden cap is securely fastened to the bottle.

3. Use the strings to attach the bottle securely to your baby's pram, or near their crib.

4. Gently and briefly tip the bottle so that some oil touches the wooden lid. This is how the aroma and essential oils are diffused into the air.
