The AromaHeat Lumbar Bag is a 100% luxury denim cotton, microwave therapy bag designed specifically for lower backache and pains, joint pains and period pains.

The AromaHeat bag is a natural product made with a high quality, durable 100% luxury denim cotton material and filled with flaxseed.

Our AromaHeat bags are made with a food grade flaxseed which means the bag doesn’t develop a strong smell. The bag is odourless and remains so over time – unlike heat bags which use wheat.

The lumbar wrap has seven individual sections which ensures even heat distribution around the back. The one size fits all design has with a long durable tie that means the bag stays in place even when moving around.

Additionally, the bag can be used as a cooling bag for fevers and to reduce inflammation. Put the bag into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then use it on affected areas.

The set also includes a 10mL pain-relieving AromaRoll essential oil blend.

1. Using the essential oil roller, apply some of the AromaRoll essential oil onto your lower back and massage gently till absorbed.

2. Heat the bag for MAX 2 to 3 minutes in the microwave.

3. Never heat the bag for longer than 3 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 1 minute at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

4. Position heated microwave bag around your lower back.

5. Breathe in the aroma of the essential oils, relax and enjoy!

AromaRoll:
• Ensure the lid is fastened tightly after use
• Keep out of direct sunlight and bright artificial light
• While this is a natural, non-toxic product, AromaRolls are not suitable for children under the age of 3

Lumbar Wrap:
• Caution: Never heat the lumbar wrap for longer than 2-3 minutes in the microwave
• Never heat the bag for longer than 3 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 1 minute at a time until your preferred heat is reached.
• Never wash or immerse the inner bag containing flaxseed in water
