1. Apply the essential oils to the back of the neck, the bottom of the feet or to any pulse points. Avoid the eye area.
2. Heat the booties in the microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. There is no need to take the inner flaxseed bags out, the whole bootie can be microwaved.
3. Additionally, the booties can be used as a cooling boot for sore and aching feet. Place the booties into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then slip on for immediate relief.
4. Breathe in the aroma of the essential oils, relax and enjoy!
Caution:
Never heat the booties for longer than 2 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.
