Shipping policy
We always endeavour to ship your parcel to you as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the magic of our products!
We deliver to most places in South Africa from Monday to Friday only (excluding public holidays) and you can expect your delivery within 3 – 8 working days, depending on courier availability, strikes and Acts of God.
If you live far away from central areas, your order may take a bit longer so please keep that in mind.
We do our utmost to ensure that our shipping estimates are accurate, but as we rely on courier companies to fulfil deliveries, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the specified time. Our aim however is to meet or beat your expectations.

ORDER TRACKING
You can track the status of your order through the “My Account” section. You will be notified by the courier company as to the status of your delivery via sms and email using the details you capture on order. Any incorrectly captured information will lead to a delay in delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

DELIVERY ADDRESS OPTIONS
We offer delivery at any specified residential or office address within South Africa. You can set a “default” delivery address or change your specified address for each delivery. We do not ship to post box addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
The assigned courier company will contact you to arrange for an alternative delivery option with you, to be made as soon as possible.
Note: we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee if we have to schedule a new delivery date and time with the courier company.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT
Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of delivery if your order is incorrect or if an item is damaged on info@aromadough.co.za. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.
