AromaHeat Heat Mitts:
Do not wash the flaxseed inners. Only the mitts itself can be washed, not the flaxseed inner bags that go inside.

Caution:
Never heat the mitts for longer than 2 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

1. Apply the essential oils to the back of the neck, or to any pulse points. Avoid the eye area.

2. Put the mitts into the microwave for 2 minutes at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

3. Additionally, the mitts can be used as a cooling aid for sore, swollen and aching hands.
Put the mitts into the deep freeze for 30 minutes and then slip on for immediate relief.

4. Breathe in the aroma of the essential oils, relax and enjoy!
