Dilute this pure essential oil with a suitable carrier oil (eg: grapeseed oil, almond oil) and use it in your diffuser, or even simply inhale the scent directly from the bottle. Using neat essential oils may irritate the skin so always dilute into a carrier oil or base cream before use.
