• Caution: Never heat the bag for longer than 30 seconds (at a time) in the microwave.
• Wash the outer cover as often as needed
• Never wash or immerse the inner bag containing flaxseed in water.

Directions:
Heat the bag for 30 seconds (at a time until the desired temperature is reached) in the microwave and then apply the warm period pillow to your lower abdomen. You can apply the heated pillow to your lower back area for added relief.

Apply the essential oil blend - AromaRoll, AromaMist or AromaOil Blend (diluted with a carrier oil or base cream) - onto the lower abdomen and then hold the heat bag against the area to release the oils.

You could also apply the essential oil blend to your shoulders, knees or affected areas on the back or neck to release the soothing oils.

Note: Do not apply oil to your face or anywhere near your eyes.

Never heat the bag for longer than 30-45 seconds at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer, do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

You can also use the pillow at room temperature or cool it beforehand in the fridge if you prefer.

Wrap the bag in a protective cover and put into the deep freeze for 10 minutes to turn your heat bag into a cool compress.
