Meet The Finish Line Kit – aromatherapy essentials for busy employees navigating deadlines, long meetings, and an inbox that seems to have its own ambitions.

From a refreshing morning shower to a hands-on desk break and a calming bedtime routine, this kit encourages small pauses to reset and keep the working day feeling more manageable. Because reaching the finish line shouldn’t mean crawling across it.

A little sensory support for the final stretch. Pair refreshing scents and comforting aromas with tactile activity, slow breathing, and regular breaks to create a simple routine for starting work, pausing under pressure, and unwinding afterwards.

Inside your box:

65g Keep Going Aromadough
Give restless hands something to do while your brain tackles the next task. Squeeze, stretch, and roll this soft, mouldable dough during long meetings, tight deadlines, or moments when you need a breather. Touch and scent offer a grounding sensory pause before you get back to it. Use for 2–5 minutes, then return it to the tub. Because throwing your laptop is rarely covered by IT.
10ml Focus AromaShower Steam Drops
Start your morning with a refreshing moment before the emails begin. Add a few drops to the shower floor, away from the direct water stream, and enjoy the aroma as it rises with the steam. Pause, breathe, and ease into the day ahead. For mornings when coffee needs backup.
10ml Sleep AromaOil Pillow Drops
Give yourself permission to clock off mentally as well as physically. Add a few drops to a pillow corner or a tissue beside your bed to create a comforting bedtime atmosphere. Let the familiar aroma become your cue to put work aside, settle in, and make time for rest. Your inbox will still be there tomorrow. Unfortunately.

A thoughtful gift for colleagues, teams, or anyone whose to-do list could use a “take a breath” reminder.

Directions

Aromadough
Squeeze, stretch, scrunch & smell! Enjoy your dough whenever you need a break or pick-me-up. Ten minutes of play is enough time for the essential oils to be absorbed.

AromaShower Steam Drops
Turn your shower water on hot and warm up your shower floor for a few seconds. Drop 2-4 drops in the furthest corner of the shower, away from where you would stand.
Use more or less oil depending on your desired strength but do not exceed 5-7 drops. Take care not to stand directly onto the oil as it might be slippery.

DO NOT:
Apply the blend directly to your skin.
Don’t stay too long in the shower. Aromatherapy in a shower can be so relaxing, invigorating or effective that you may be tempted to overdo it. Save water and limit your steam session.

Sleep AromaOil Pillow Drop
Add a few drops to your pillow or bedding. Use more or less oil depending on your desired strength but do not exceed 4-6 drops.
