AromaRoll:

• Ensure the lid is fastened tightly after use
• Keep out of direct sunlight and bright artificial light
• While this is a natural, non-toxic product, AromaRolls are not suitable for children under the age of 3
• Do not apply oil to your face or anywhere near your eyes.

AromaOil Car Air Freshener

• Ensure the lid remains tightly fastened and that the bottle is securely attached to the review mirror using the strings provided.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care, consult your physician.
• Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.

Microwave Bags:

• Caution: Never heat the bag for longer than 30 seconds (at a time) in the microwave
• Wash the outer cover as often as needed
• Never wash or immerse the inner bag containing flaxseed in water

1. Using the AromaRoll essential oil roller, apply some of the essential oil onto the back of your neck and massage gently till absorbed. Do not apply oil to your face or anywhere near your eyes.

2. Heat the bag/s for 20 - 30 seconds in the microwave.

3. Never heat the bag for longer than 30-60 seconds at a time. If you prefer to heat it longer, do so 30 seconds at a time until your preferred heat is reached.

4a. Neck and Shoulder bag:
Position the heated microwave bag across your shoulders.

4b. Dual-Purpose bag:
Position the heated microwave bag on your tummy, legs, arm or on your lower back as needed.

4c. Eye Pillow
Position the gently warmed microwave bag over your closed eyes – if it feels too hot then remove immediately and only reapply once the bag has cooled.

You can also use the eye pillow at room temperature or cool it beforehand in the fridge if you prefer.

5. Breathe in the aroma of the essential oils, relax and enjoy!

Car Air Freshener:

1. Unscrew the wooden cap, remove the plastic plug seal and then screw the cap back on.

2. Ensure that the wooden cap is securely fastened to the bottle.

3. Use the strings to attach the bottle securely to your review mirror.

4. Briefly tip the bottle over so that the oil soaks into the wooden lid.

5. Enjoy the aromas as they transform your car into an oasis of peace and relaxation!
